In case of a warranty claim the enduser should contact his or her local Dealer. The Dealer in turn needs to contact Alesis Studiosound to request a specific RMA-number for the product that needs to be repaired.
Upon receipt of the RMA-number the Dealer should send the product together with the RMA-number to the local Service & Repair Center at his own expense. After repair the Service & Repair Center will return the product to the Dealer. The shipping costs for returning the repaired product to the Dealer are covered by the local Service & Repair Center.
1. Enduser contacts Dealer
2. Dealer contacts Alesis Studiosound
3. Alesis Studiosound assigns RMA-number
4. Dealer sends product with RMA-number to Service Center
5. Service Center repairs and returns repaired product to Dealer
In case of a D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) the Dealer should contact Alesis Studiosound as well.
