KEBE Repair + Service was founded on 13 December 1982 and has specialised in repairing a variety of makes of electronic appliances offered to consumers in the Netherlands already 25 years.Our extensive experience allows us to offer a premium service for five or six different brands. With all the advantages of well-trained personnel, wide-ranging product knowledge and short turn-around times due to our comprehensive stock of parts for those brands. By using sub-contractors for activities such as computer system management, status information, logistics and administration, we are able to concentrate our attention fully on processing repair orders. Items for repair can be picked up from and delivered to locations specified by the customer. But of course they can also be sent to us or handed in at our repair counter in Eindhoven.
High quality standards
Retailers and importers demand warranty and extended warranty on repairs more and more often. With a continuous stream of new products and models coming onto the market and the fact that the causes of breakdowns are often unknown, meeting this requirement places great demands on the professional abilities of repair technicians and the quality of workshop procedures and organisation. What is more, repair techniques are becoming increasingly complex requiring ever more refined diagnostic and repair equipment.
We have the solution
KEBE has devised the perfect solution to these new challenges; fifteen experienced repair technicians provide an on-location repair service to businesses and consumers throughout the Benelux. Items for repair that are handed in at our repair counter or sent to us by post are immediately registered and transferred to the appropriate department. The repair order is then processed within a few days. Our comprehensive parts stock allows us to react to all your needs quickly, whether you have an item requiring repair or need a quotation. We always reply by e-mail, fax or by letter.
Benelux countries (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg)
As of 1 May 2003, Pioneer Benelux has commissioned us to carry out on-site repairs to their plasma panels throughout the Benelux.
As of 1 October 2005, NAD has commissioned us to carry out on-site repairs to their lcd panels throughout the Benelux.
As of 9 July 2007, Sharp Benelux has commissioned us to carry out on-site repairs to their LCD panels (from 37 inch) throughout the Benelux.
Europe
As of 1 October 2006, Pioneer Europe NV has commissioned us to repair plasma panels (Replacement of colour filters) in a clean room, for the Pioneer authorised service centres in Europe. As of 1 December 2008 this service is no longer available.

KEBE is capable of processing high volumes of repair orders for the brands shown above. We focus on companies within the supply chain and retailers - preferably without their own repair shop - who see after sales service as a way of increasing added value and as a marketing instrument that helps them to differentiate themselves from their competitors.
